Ron Clement is a management consultant, adviser, and trainer for nonprofit organizations and government agencies. He was the Executive Director of Diogenes Youth Services for seventeen years until 1988. During those years, the organization grew from the Diogenes House crisis intervention center in Davis to diverse human service programs in five counties and association management services across four states. He was then the CEO of the Davis-based Haigh-Scatena Foundation, a private grantmaker supporting social change initiatives in California. He closed the foundation and retired in 2008. He has produced and hosted shows about Davis area nonprofits on DCTV. He joined the DMA Board in 2010.
