Big Day at the Dock Non-Profit Registration

Big Day at the Dock is an annual event designed to bring together and lift up area non-profits on the Big Day of Giving (Big DoG). This year’s event takes place on Thursday, May 2, 2109 at the Sudwerk Dock Store, 6-9 p.m. The event is co-organized by Davis Media Access, Davis Music Festival, Davis Phoenix Coalition, Soroptimist of Greater Davis, and Sudwerk Brewing Company.

The event is open to Davis or Yolo County non-profits on a first-come, first-served basis. Once signups are full, we will not be able to accommodate additional participants. The deadline to register is April 1, 2019 by 5 p.m.

The fee to participate is $25. By signing up, you commit that someone representing you will be on site at no later than 5 p.m. the day of the event to set up. You also commit to sharing press, social media posts, and other publicity to the best of your ability, and to encourage your stakeholders to attend. You are responsible for bringing your own computer/tablet/phone and payment device to capture your own Big DoG donations.

You will share a table with one other non-profit. We will promote the event and you will be mentioned in all press and promotion for the event.
