Categories for Contacts
Need to figure out which are roles/groups and which are tags. We need roles if we want to define access control permissions to users withing that role (i.e. ability to edit certain parts of the site or checkout particular equipment.) If we just want to be able to search for a person or see if a person is associated with a category then we just need a tag.

Ideally we just tag folks (i.e. GL2, XL2). Then have the reservation permissions set in the background. As there is not really a clear way how people get certified for being able to check out the equipment.
Jeff should still flesh out the process a bit more but in practice this is what he said happens:
