Davis Media Access seeks Volunteer Coordinator for KDRT 95.7FM

Community media nonprofit Davis Media Access (DMA) is hiring for a part-time Volunteer Coordinator to help with volunteer and  operations logistics at KDRT, our award-winning Low-Power community radio station.

This is an entry-level position with flexible hours. We’re looking for someone who can work well with a diverse group of folks, likes behind-the-scenes work, and has good attention to detail. This is an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of community radio, and to help radio programmers have the information and resources they need to be their best on the air. All of this contributes towards creating an environment where volunteers can thrive.

The main role of the Volunteer Coordinator is to track tasks, participants, roles, communications, activities, and deadlines for all of KDRT operations. Other duties include staffing the office and assisting with promotional events and related activities.  Organizational skills and an attention to detail are paramount, along with an understanding of constituent relationship software (CiviCRM), content management software (Drupal) and Google Workspace.

Interested parties should read the full job description, familiarize themselves with KDRT 95.7FM and its parent organization Davis Media Access, and submit a cover letter and resume via email to info@davismedia.org.  This position will remain open until filled.
