From telling your stories, to communicating information and ideas, or relaying your opinions, podcasting is great way to get the word out. Podcasting is a fun and easy way of communicating with people around the world. Podcasting Basics 101 + 102 will cover the basics of what you need to know to start your own podcast and get it out to the world.
So you know what you want to cover in your podcast and how many people you might need to record, the next step is getting good, clean sound recorded so people can hear what you have to say and share. We will cover advice on planning sessions, interview tips, recording set-ups, microphones, and software choices for recording, editing and mastering your production. If you will be recording to your laptop (which is one option), please bring it to the workshop.
